1. Inspection & Quote

2. Quote Approval
You can approve the quote to proceed, or pay a visitation charge if the service is declined.

3. Repair & Spare Parts
If needed, we will source spare parts from the local market and carry out the repair.

4. Replacement (if needed)
If repair is not possible, we will replace the mesh grill door.

5. Warranty Activation
The service is covered by a 30-day warranty for any issues after repair or replacement.
